cordon de Royat short, which enables the bunches to be nicely spread out.
Yield : 35hl/ha
Production : 7000 bottles
VINIFICATION
Fermentation 10 days / Maceration 15 days / Ageing 10 months in oak barrels.
TASTING
Colour : intense dark color, with purple reflec?on,
Nose : ripe fruits (Blackberries, blackcurrant)
Palate : a beautiful wine well-structured with a feeling of volume in the mouth,
blended and soft tannins, blackberries aromas with a hint of liquorice aromas.
FOOD PAIRING
Game, beef stew, duck breast fillet with figs, prime rib of beef, World Cuisine (Asian, Creole, Oriental).
